  • The heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary work up to the 8th floor has been completed.
  • The façade work is progressing rapidly
  • The top ceiling has been installed and we are already planning our topping-out ceremony

Together with RoomBuus Baudienstleistungs GmbH and our investor ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien Group, we are delighted with the rapid progress.

We can hardly wait for the completion of the approximately 328 rental apartments and the commercial space on the first floor!

What lifts the spirits more than a magnificent view? Together with our investor Filip Rosa from ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien Group, we climbed the almost 90-meter-high crane of the High Five. The impressive view and the visible progress of the project are something to be proud of! By working in partnership with ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien Group, we are able to achieve great things together. Projects such as the High Five shape the diversity of the Linz skyline and create valuable living and working spaces. The project is taking shape and we look forward to sharing further progress soon. With around 328 apartments and around 1,500 m² of commercial space on the first floor, it will offer attractive and efficient living options as well as flexible-use spaces. We are already looking forward to the first tenants moving in and bringing the tower to life.
