Listed terraced house in the old town

We are delighted, that Markus Schadenbauer has commissioned us with the tendering and local construction supervision for the renovation and redensification project at Marktstrasse 52 in Hohenems. The project is a further building block of Schadenbauer Projekt- und Quartierentwicklungs GmbH as part of the revitalization of the old town of Hohenems.

In close collaboration with Lukas Mähr from MWArchitekten and Martin Walch from TragWerk, we are renovating the listed building in the street and constructing a new building at the rear. Our colleague Anna Maria Lenz-Rümmele is responsible for local construction supervision and is overseeing the project with great care.

The construction negotiations took place in mid-October and we are confident that everything will run smoothly. The first dismantling measures have already begun.
