<p>Yvonne Schrank and Matthias Waibel attended the Quality Advisory Board workshop in mid-May. Together with the relevant specialist departments of the City of Vienna, key topics and issues relating to further development were discussed. The focus was on the interaction of the entire district: the ground floor zones as interfaces to the public space, the open space design, the development as well as use, sustainability and feasibility, including the construction process and logistics concepts.  </p>
<p>Modern urban development means continuous exchange and cooperation between all stakeholders. The Quality Advisory Board is a central steering and dialog instrument for Vienna&#8217;s urban development &#8211; different professional perspectives come together at an early stage and provide valuable impetus for further project development. </p>

The fantastic view from the top-floor maisonette shows just how diverse the living environment is &#8211; from the U3 and Ottakring S-Bahn, which can be reached in just a few minutes, to the 10er Marie and the Steinhofgründe and Wilhelminenberg. </p>

As the local construction supervisor, we were once again able to accompany and successfully hand over a construction project for the project developer. </p>
<p>In the middle of Hohenems town centre, a building was constructed on both the street and courtyard sides, which fit in well architecturally with the existing structure. The store in the street-side building in particular is intended to make a lasting contribution to the revitalization of Marktstrasse. </p>
<p>Due to the inner-city location and the narrow plot, the structural implementation was associated with particularly high demands, which we met with precise coordination, good planning and teamwork. The client, Markus Schadenbauer, would like to thank STC and in particular Anna Maria Lenz-Rümmele, who professionally supervised the project throughout the entire construction period with a clear focus on quality, deadlines and costs. The same goes for all the specialist planners and contractors.  </p>

<p>As STC Development GmbH, we support the project throughout its entire life cycle &#8211; from the initial idea to development and project management through to local construction supervision. Particularly exciting: the role as client representative for two clients at the same time, the Arbeiterheim association and E4 Investment GmbH, in order to bundle interests and create real added value for all parties involved &#8211; from the owners to the city to the future users. </p>
<p>Inner-city redensification is no coincidence, but part of our daily work. The shared underground car park with just one entrance and exit, an efficient energy concept with geothermal probes and the intelligent linking of the three buildings reduce traffic volumes, make smarter use of space and at the same time create a better quality of life in the city center. </p>
<p>A big thank you to our clients, planning partners and contractors for their trusting cooperation &#8211; and to our team in Vorarlberg, who implement projects with vision, precision and a great deal of passion.</p>
