Our ODO25 construction site is progressing according to plan. The focus is currently on completing the façade and the interior fit-out, including kitchen installation – the apartments and common areas are gradually taking shape.

The final spurt also brings the handover of the apartments closer and the first tenants will be able to move in at the beginning of July.

Modern living comfort in Ottakring

The wohnfonds_wien quality advisory board for the “Biotop Wildquell” development area in the 23rd district shows how urban development in Vienna can function successfully as an integrated process in close cooperation between the City of Vienna and all stakeholders.

Yvonne Schrank and Matthias Waibel attended the Quality Advisory Board workshop in mid-May. Together with the relevant specialist departments of the City of Vienna, key topics and issues relating to further development were discussed. The focus was on the interaction of the entire district: the ground floor zones as interfaces to the public space, the open space design, the development as well as use, sustainability and feasibility, including the construction process and logistics concepts.

Modern urban development means continuous exchange and cooperation between all stakeholders. The Quality Advisory Board is a central steering and dialog instrument for Vienna’s urban development – different professional perspectives come together at an early stage and provide valuable impetus for further project development.

Letting success in Ottakring

With ODO25, we are implementing a project that shows how contemporary living in Vienna must be conceived today: high-quality, sustainably planned and with a clear focus on the needs of people in the city.

We are all the more pleased that all apartments have already been fully let. Modern living comfort in Ottakring

Our construction site in Vienna-Ottakring is progressing according to plan. We are currently focusing on façade work, the interior fittings and the house connections for electricity and water, while we are making great strides towards completion.

With the current construction progress, the living experience is also becoming more and more tangible: almost all apartments have their own open spaces, which extend the living space with a variety of areas with additional quality of stay. The fantastic view from the top-floor maisonette shows just how diverse the living environment is – from the U3 and Ottakring S-Bahn, which can be reached in just a few minutes, to the 10er Marie and the Steinhofgründe and Wilhelminenberg.

A special highlight in the building: the charming courtyard house with around 96 m² of office or studio space is located directly on the quiet, leafy inner courtyard. Ideal for a working day in green surroundings without having to forego an excellent infrastructure.

Completion and handover

With the completion of the Marktstrasse 52 project, Schadenbauer Projekt- und Quartierentwicklungs GmbH has successfully realized another construction project as part of the development of the center of Hohenems. As the local construction supervisor, we were once again able to accompany and successfully hand over a construction project for the project developer.

In the middle of Hohenems town centre, a building was constructed on both the street and courtyard sides, which fit in well architecturally with the existing structure. The store in the street-side building in particular is intended to make a lasting contribution to the revitalization of Marktstrasse.

Due to the inner-city location and the narrow plot, the structural implementation was associated with particularly high demands, which we met with precise coordination, good planning and teamwork. The client, Markus Schadenbauer, would like to thank STC and in particular Anna Maria Lenz-Rümmele, who professionally supervised the project throughout the entire construction period with a clear focus on quality, deadlines and costs. The same goes for all the specialist planners and contractors.

We would like to thank everyone involved for the trust they have placed in us and the constructive cooperation.

Over the past two years, the new Vorarlberger Hof building has created an ensemble that rethinks living, working, gastronomy and retail in the heart of Dornbirn’s city center.

As STC Development GmbH, we support the project throughout its entire life cycle – from the initial idea to development and project management through to local construction supervision. Particularly exciting: the role as client representative for two clients at the same time, the Arbeiterheim association and E4 Investment GmbH, in order to bundle interests and create real added value for all parties involved – from the owners to the city to the future users.

Inner-city redensification is no coincidence, but part of our daily work. The shared underground car park with just one entrance and exit, an efficient energy concept with geothermal probes and the intelligent linking of the three buildings reduce traffic volumes, make smarter use of space and at the same time create a better quality of life in the city center.
