<p>An incredible amount has happened since the start of demolition in June 2024. The first areas are already nearing completion &#8211; including the Max and Stella store, which is already in the final stages of completion. And: we are delighted to be able to present the first finished façade sections right now.  </p>
<p>A big thank you to the clients, the entire planning team and all the craftsmen on site who make this project possible every day with their expertise, commitment and exceptional cooperation.</p>

With great commitment and ideological ambition, he develops properties that respect the existing buildings and shape the future. </p>
<p>STC Development GmbH is entrusted with the local construction supervision (ÖBA) for this project and, together with all those involved, ensures that quality, sustainability and construction progress are in harmony.</p>

<p>New footpaths and cycle paths connect the district with the surrounding area and create short, safe routes &#8211; from Atzgersdorf city park to Schönbrunn. In the immediate vicinity of the future Benyastrasse S-Bahn station, a residential and living space is being created that combines sustainability, comfort and quality of life. </p>
<p>What was once a largely sealed factory site is being transformed into a sustainable district &#8211; with plenty of green space and a high quality of life for residents and neighbors alike.</p>
