Two parts, one harmonious whole.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>

Extraordinary projects emerge when powerful visions come together \u2014together with Christoph Zechner and Walter Kaiser of Zechner & Zechner ZT GmbH, and Bernd Vlay and Lina Streeruwitz of StudioVlayStreeruwitz, we take a look at our joint project PIER05 in aspern Seestadt, Vienna 3420:<\/p>\n

Bernd Vlay and Lina Streeruwitz on PORTA, NAVIS, and ANCORA:<\/strong>
\n“Our distinctive trio of buildings\u2014PORTA, NAVIS, and ANCORA\u2014forms a unique family of buildings by the lake. Their exceptionally compact scale brings special value to the lakeside community: magnificent panoramic views combine with invitingly spacious open areas, lending a special charm to the diverse range of living and working options.\u201d <\/p>\n

Christoph Zechner on the FARO skyscraper:<\/strong>
\n“Our sculptural architecture combines bold design with radical sustainability and, with its elegantly curved fa\u00e7ade, creates a new landmark on Lake Aspern. In particular, the inviting base area\u2014with its spacious areas for socializing and dining\u2014seamlessly anchors the high-rise in urban life.” <\/p>\n

Landscape Design:<\/strong>
\n“The two plazas (designed by DnD Landscape Architecture) form the heart of our neighborhood. With care and great attention to detail, we are giving these spaces a particularly inviting character\u2014open to all residents of Seestadt.” <\/p>\n

PIER05 is a modern, mixed-use complex consisting of four buildings, located in the heart of Seestadt, in the immediate vicinity of the U2 subway line and right on the lake. It features approximately 300 apartments and about 5,000 m\u00b2 of space for modern workspaces and dining options. Sustainable energy concepts, green roofs and facades, and high-quality open-space design are integral parts of our project. <\/p>\n

To us, it\u2019s clear: sustainable neighborhood development goes far beyond individual buildings. It takes shape where architecture, open space, and a mix of uses come together to form a harmonious whole, creating places with a distinct identity that offer long-term value to both people and the city. <\/p>\n
