We are delighted, that Markus Schadenbauer<\/a> has commissioned us with the tendering and local construction supervision for the renovation and redensification project at Marktstrasse 52 in Hohenems. The project is a further building block of Schadenbauer Projekt- und Quartierentwicklungs GmbH<\/a> as part of the revitalization of the old town of Hohenems.<\/p>\n

In close collaboration with Lukas M\u00e4hr<\/a> from MWArchitekten<\/a> and Martin Walch<\/a> from TragWerk<\/a>, we are renovating the listed building in the street and constructing a new building at the rear. Our colleague Anna Maria Lenz-R\u00fcmmele is responsible for local construction supervision and is overseeing the project with great care.<\/p>\n

The construction negotiations took place in mid-October and we are confident that everything will run smoothly. The first dismantling measures have already begun.<\/p>\n
