High Five in Linz is making rapid progress. <\/b>Start of window installation and drywall work on the 20th floor<\/p>\n<\/div>

The High Five project on Bulgariplatz is making rapid progress! Here are the latest developments:<\/p>\n

The greenery and pathways on the roof terraces are being finalized, and the first trees have already been planted – a step towards a green and relaxing environment for the future residents.<\/p>\n

The final work on the mullion-transom fa\u00e7ade, implemented by mglass gmbh, is being completed and the exterior cleaning is underway.<\/p>\n

The painting work in the underground parking garage has been completed and the coating and marking of the parking spaces has begun – a major contribution to the user-friendliness and safety of the facility.<\/p>\n

This week, TBS Trockenbausysteme GmbH & Co KG will start installing the windows and dry construction work on the 20th floor – another significant step forward for the interior of the building.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our partial general contractor and our architects (Kapl Bau GmbH, HOCH- UND TIEFBAU GmbH, St\u00f6gm\u00fcller Architekten ZT GmbH and Architekten Kneidinger ZT GmbH), we are still even ahead of the original schedule and are looking forward to the next steps with motivation.<\/p>\n

We look forward to successfully finalizing this future-oriented project together with our partner RoomBuus Baudienstleistungs GmbH and our investor ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien Gruppe and marketing it with EHL Immobilien Gruppe and 3P Immobilienmanagement GmbH.<\/p>\n
