Thanks to innovative component activation for heating and cooling, combined with district heating and cooling, the building&#8217;s primary energy consumption can be significantly reduced &#8211; a pioneering contribution to climate protection and energy efficiency.<br \/>\nThe \u00d6GNI &#8211; Austrian Sustainable Building Council and the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council also recognized this well thought-out concept: the cube was awarded two PLATIN certifications, the highest recognition for sustainability in the construction industry.
