The project, consisting of 119 residential units and a weighted usable area of around 4,750 m\u00b2, was successfully handed over to Invester United Benefits GmbH in August 2021. <\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\">A particular highlight: by preserving the existing cellar from the previous use, a significant contribution was made to sustainable and resource-conserving construction.
