As one of the first projects to undergo this new process, the neighborhood development sets new standards in terms of urban planning, architecture, ecology and social aspects. <\/p>\n<p>A particular focus of the development presented by STC Development GmbH is on innovative energy concepts, measures to implement the circular economy and intelligently networked open spaces &#8211; key measures that contribute to creating a sustainable and liveable living environment for future residents.<\/p>\n<p>The successful conclusion of the advisory board process underlines our commitment to the highest quality standards in real estate development and marks a significant step in the development of the district.
