This building is another important milestone for the Rathausquartier. The first residents can look forward to modern living in a well thought-out neighborhood development.  <\/p>\n<p>Sustainability and quality of life are the focus of STC Development GmbH &#8211; not only in terms of resource-saving construction, but also through the long-term enhancement of the entire neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>The letting of the apartments has now begun and is being managed by our valued partner Raumgut Immobilien GmbH.
