With FITINN and Sparkasse Ober\u00f6sterreich, two strong tenants have been acquired who will enrich the project with their offerings and create valuable added value for future residents and the surrounding area. <\/p>\n<p>The tenant fit-out is already in full swing so that both the fitness center and the new bank location can celebrate their opening in the summer.
