The site has been a place of new beginnings and innovation since 1894. Formerly used by the Felten &amp; Guillaume steelworks, it also housed the Siemens software division from 1985. The project skillfully combines this entrepreneurial dynamism with urban flair with nature and recreation &#8211; a future-oriented location for new forms of work. The architecturally striking building consists of two structures: a lower one with seven floors and a higher one with ten floors.
