Insight into neighborhood development<\/p>\n<\/div>

On 3 September, a neighbourhood tour through the Kreta district took place, organized by the Puchsbaumgasse neighbourhood management in cooperation with Caritas. Irmgard Hubauer and STC project manager Katharina Haider-Putz showed how old and new are growing together in the AM KEMPELENPARK district. <\/p>\n

Living, working, learning and plenty of green space combine here to create a lively district with a high quality of life. As the project developer behind the AM KEMPELENPARK district, STC Development GmbH is playing a key role in ensuring that a mixed-use district is created here over the next few years: with around 1,100 apartments, one third of which are privately financed and two thirds subsidized, supplemented by office and commercial space, a school, a kindergarten and a spacious public park with mature trees. The resulting network of green spaces also creates a connection beyond the district boundaries – from the Sonnwendviertel to the Bohemian Prater and Laaerberg. <\/p>\n

The tour brought the past, present and future of the site to life and showed how our district combines modern, urban development with quality of life and will become an open meeting place for the neighborhood in the future.<\/p>\n
