Deliberate interim use plays a central role here: places are brought to life long before new buildings are constructed and provide important impetus for the future design and use of an area. <\/p>\n<p>Interim use allows us to take a very practical look at a property. We see which uses are particularly in demand, where there are &#8220;gaps in supply&#8221; and what is missing in the surrounding area. This experience flows directly into our long-term neighborhood concepts.  <\/p>\n<p>A key added value is the direct exchange: as STC organizes interim uses itself, we are in constant dialogue with tenants, residents and visitors. This creates a lively neighborhood culture and an initial coalescence with the neighborhood during the planning phase. <\/p>\n<p>At the same time, interim use also promotes the conservation of resources: existing materials can be reused or recycled.
