This is precisely where wohnfonds_wien&#8217;s Quality Advisory Board for the development area in the 23rd district comes in &#8211; the QSB &#8220;Biotop Wildquell&#8221; was officially launched with the kick-off colloquium on March 25. The event was opened by Silvia Hofer (wohnfonds_wien) and Rudolf Scheuvens (Chairman of the Quality Advisory Board).  <\/p>\n<p>Over the next few years, the &#8220;Biotop Wildquell&#8221; will create a new quarter with more than 1,000 apartments and a wide range of uses for offices, commerce or production through to leisure and events on an area of around 85,000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>Together with architect RLP R\u00fcdiger Lainer + Partner, we presented our contribution to one of Vienna&#8217;s most exciting urban development projects at the event &#8211; and were also able to take away valuable ideas from the professional exchange.
