Final Colloquium of the Quality Advisory Board for the 23rd District

At the closing colloquium for the Quality Advisory Board for the Wildquell biotope in Vienna-Atzgersdorf, organized by wohnfonds_wien on August 27, August, the project teams presented the current status of planning and demonstrated how the Quality Advisory Board’s recommendations from the kick-off colloquium and the workshop sessions had been incorporated into the ongoing planning process.

Among other things, the presentation covered the concepts for the ground-floor zones, the overall open-space planning, fire department access, and the architectural design of the individual building sites—from the standard floors to the roofscapes, facades, and visualizations.
