Certificate Presentation to STC Asset Manager Herwig Schweighofer

As part of the BREEAM Official recertification process, the Peak Vienna was once again rated “Excellent.” With a score of 79.70%, the result actually improved by about 4% compared to the last certification. We are pleased with this confirmation of the building’s high level of sustainability, which we have further improved through targeted optimization measures.

On behalf of the owner, Herwig Schweighofer is responsible for asset management and the ongoing development of the property. At the intersection of the owner’s interests, building operations, and sustainability strategy, we identify opportunities for optimization, implement technical measures, and lay the groundwork for long-term value preservation and sustainable performance.

The improvement in the BREEAM score is a strong indication that active asset management makes a decisive contribution to the sustainability of existing real estate.
