Urban Development in Vienna-Atzgersdorf

With our QUARTIER VIER project, a neighborhood is taking shape in Atzgersdorf that combines living, working, and leisure—nestled in a district that is undergoing dynamic development. New projects and targeted infrastructure initiatives are gradually enhancing the district’s offerings for daily life, education, and cultural activities.

In the northern part of the “Biotop Wildquell” urban development area, our QUARTIER VIER blends into this growing context and purposefully complements the existing structure. The surrounding area offers unique qualities: this expansive site is home to one of Vienna’s largest current development projects—featuring a park of approximately 3 hectares that will be open to the public, complete with natural biotopes and its own spring, serving as a new recreational space for the entire neighborhood.

At the same time, the neighborhood’s network of pathways is being reimagined and strengthened: Additional bike and pedestrian paths connect the area to its surroundings and create seamless, practical connections for everyday use. The planned Benyastraße S-Bahn station will also improve access to the public transit network. The opening of the park extends beyond the “Biotop Wildquell” urban development area, connecting existing structures with new open spaces.
