Four buildings, one shared commitment to quality: Following FARO, ANCORA, NAVIS, and PORTA have now also received their ÖGNI Gold pre-certification. This means that all four building components at PIER05 are pre-certified.

Forward-thinking planning has been an integral part of the PIER05 concept from the very beginning and is evident in many aspects of our project: from the building design—which incorporates geothermal energy and solar power—to green roofs and facades, and high-quality open spaces.
