STC has developed and realized a 19-storey residential tower with around 370 apartments for Art-Invest Real Estate in the immediate vicinity of Vienna’s main railway station.

The project was planned by Delugan Meissl Associated Architects. The Metropolitan aims to meet the need for modern, urban living space.

The focus of the planning was on the creation of high-quality small apartments, which enable efficient use of space thanks to the optimal room layout. In addition, tenants are offered attractive common areas such as a kitchen lounge, a fitness room with an outdoor sports area and a roof terrace with a magnificent view over Vienna’s city center. The commercial space completes the offer.

The central location with excellent connections to local and long-distance public transport in the immediate vicinity of the city center, the cultural facilities and the wide range of leisure activities on offer in the Belvedere district round off the project’s overall offering.
