On behalf of Schadenbauer Projekt- und Quartierentwicklungs GmbH, STC is responsible for the construction supervision and tendering for the renovation and redensification project at Marktstrasse 52 in Hohenems. The project creates a harmonious combination of tradition and modernity and illustrates how inner-city spaces can be made more sustainable and efficiently redensified through a balanced combination of existing development and new construction.

The project focuses on the careful renovation of a listed building and the construction of a new building at the rear of the property. A total of five apartments are being created here, three of which are located in the historic old building and two in the modern new building.

In addition, a commercial space will be created on the first floor of the old building, which will enrich the commercial life in Hohenems Markstrasse both economically and culturally and contribute to increasing the urban quality of life.
