Interview with Andrea Gödel in “workflow”

What makes a neighborhood vibrant? How do you create a place with a real identity – right on the water, in the middle of the city?

Our colleague Andrea Gödel, project manager at STC Development GmbH, provides exciting insights into her career and our PIER05 project in the current issue of the business magazine “workflow” published by Wien 3420 Aspern Development AG. She talks about the key ingredients for urban quality: a strong ground floor zone, a well thought-out mix of uses, design clarity and the right degree of openness.
