Knowledge meets practice – students from the University of Liechtenstein on an excursion

Today we welcomed students from the University of Liechtenstein to our construction site. Under the guidance of DI Martin Walch, structural engineer of the project and managing director of Tragwerk ZT GmbH, the students gained exciting insights into sustainable structural engineering and its implementation in practice.

Under the motto “Building for generations”, Martin Walch is committed to ensuring that buildings worthy of preservation are not demolished, but revitalized and reused in a meaningful way – an approach that fits perfectly with the attitude of our project developer Markus Schadenbauer. With great commitment and ideological ambition, he develops properties that respect the existing buildings and shape the future.

STC Development GmbH is entrusted with the local construction supervision (ÖBA) for this project and, together with all those involved, ensures that quality, sustainability and construction progress are in harmony.

A big thank you to all partners, to Tragwerk ZT GmbH for the inspiring knowledge transfer and to Markus Schadenbauer for the trustful cooperation.

Such days show how much potential lies in the combination of education, practice and responsible project development.
