Groundbreaking ceremony for ODO25

Our ODO25 project officially kicked off on April 10, 2025: the ground-breaking ceremony marked the start of the construction phase for the seven-storey residential project in Vienna’s 16th district with a total of 61 residential and one commercial unit.

A big thank you to rene.kops.architekten for the successful architectural planning. We are already looking forward to the joint implementation of the project with STRABAG, the general contractor responsible for the project, and RM Engineering GmbH, which is supporting the project as part of the ÖGNI – Austrian Sustainable Building Council certification and monitoring the sustainability process during construction.

We look forward to seeing this sustainable housing project grow over the coming months!
