High Five – Completion in Linz
It’s done! With the official handover to ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien Group on 26.05.2025, the High Five on Bulgariplatz has been successfully completed. The architecturally striking building with 21 storeys and 328 units is one of the most distinctive developments in Linz’s cityscape and exemplifies modern, urban living quality.
In the coming days, the apartments will be handed over to the new tenants step by step – the anticipation is great!
