Award of the ÖGNI Gold Certificate

The High Five on Bulgariplatz was awarded the ÖGNI Gold certificate – a milestone that confirms the holistic quality of the project. Ecological, economic, technical and functional criteria were assessed, and the result shows: Sustainable construction and urban living can be perfectly combined. We also received the ÖGNI Crystal Award for our particularly good performance in the “socio-cultural and functional quality” criterion.

Special thanks go to Reinhard Labugger’s engineering office for accompanying the certification process and to the ÖGNI – Austrian Sustainable Building Council and Managing Director Peter Engert for the ceremonial handover.

We would also like to thank all the project partners who contributed to the success of High Five with their expertise, commitment and precision.

With its 328 apartments, flexible commercial space and a clear focus on energy efficiency and quality of stay, High Five sets new standards for modern living in Linz.
