Project update – AM KEMPELENPARK

The design phase for construction site A1 was successfully completed at the beginning of April 2025 – an important milestone for the AM KEMPELENPARK quarter in the heart of Vienna’s 10th district.

Located directly next to the park, a modern commercial building with a high degree of flexibility for innovative working environments is being built. The site has been a place of new beginnings and innovation since 1894. Formerly used by the Felten & Guillaume steelworks, it also housed the Siemens software division from 1985. The project skillfully combines this entrepreneurial dynamism with urban flair with nature and recreation – a future-oriented location for new forms of work. The architecturally striking building consists of two structures: a lower one with seven floors and a higher one with ten floors. Together, they will provide an attractive workplace for around 860 people.
