We are delighted that we at STC Development GmbH were able to implement the exciting Radetzkystraße project and support the creation of the Rathausbar “Dia”. 🍸☕🍽 With its unique concept, Hugo Bandeira will spoil its guests with first-class cocktails, fine coffee and delicious snacks – the perfect place for an after-work drink or a relaxing break. Special thanks go to Markus Schadenbauer from Schadenbauer Projekt- und Quartierentwicklungs GmbH, who trusted us to oversee this project as the local construction supervisor and project manager. Together, we have created a space that not only stands for culinary delights, but also for encounters.
