“Dia” opened its doors in Radezkystraße on 12.11.

We are delighted that we at STC Development GmbH were able to implement the exciting Radetzkystraße project and support the creation of the Rathausbar “Dia”.

With its unique concept, Hugo Bandeira will spoil its guests with first-class cocktails, fine coffee and delicious snacks – the perfect place for an after-work drink or a relaxing break.

Special thanks go to Markus Schadenbauer from Schadenbauer Projekt- und Quartierentwicklungs GmbH, who placed his trust in us to oversee this project as the local construction supervisor and project manager. Together, we have created a space that not only stands for culinary delights, but also for encounters.
