Construction progress – Odoakergasse 25

The construction site at Odoakergasse 25 is making great strides forward: since June 11, work has been underway to install the geothermal probes – a central component of ODO25’s sustainable energy concept.

The probes, which are around 150 meters deep, use the heat stored underground to cover part of the energy supply for the 61 residential units and the commercial space efficiently and in an environmentally friendly manner.

ODO25 stands for modern architecture, resource-conserving planning and urban quality of life in the 16th district – the geothermal probes are another milestone towards sustainable living.
