Renovation of the Peak Vienna façade

As part of our asset management and project management assignments, we are supporting the comprehensive refurbishment of Peak Vienna – a project that sets standards for sustainable upgrading and future-proof building quality.

The extensive renovation work at Peak Vienna continues to progress rapidly. Following the redesign of the forecourt, the lobby and the façade areas at the main entrance in recent years, the renovation of the façade elements on the tower is now in the final phase.

On the south side, the existing Argeton clay tiles have already been replaced with modern Alucobond elements. In addition, a new substructure and insulation were added, in which modern thermal insulation was used – an important step towards improving the energy efficiency and appearance of the building.

One highlight: the work on the tower, which is around 110 meters high, was carried out using a climbing mast platform. Herwig Schweighofer and Matthias Waibel were able to witness the impressive ascent to lofty heights live during the recent joint site inspection.
