Comprehensive refurbishment measures

Following the renovation of the forecourt, the lobby, the inner courtyard and the façade at the main entrance, the next step now follows: the existing Argeton clay tile elements on the tower and low-rise building are being replaced with modern Alucobond elements and thermal insulation plaster. This not only ensures a sustainable upgrade of the building fabric, but also gives Peak Vienna a contemporary appearance – visible from afar on the outside.

We are delighted to be supporting the tendering and construction processes for this comprehensive modernization for the owner: “With these measures, we are not only securing the long-term value of Peak Vienna, but also raising the quality of the building to a new level. Our aim is to create a modern and sustainable property that meets the needs of tenants and users alike and is appreciated in the district,” explains STC Asset Manager Herwig Schweighofer.

The work on the tower – up to a height of around 110 meters – has already been commissioned and will be completed in the next two months. This will successfully round off the structural modernization of Peak Vienna and further strengthen the building as a modern office location.
