PIER05 sets new standards for urban flair and quality of stay on the Seestadtpromenade. The continuous arcade directly on the lake offers a prestigious address for the gastronomic businesses in the first floor zone and creates an inviting connection from the Seestadt subway station to the future Zaha Hadid Square on the northern shore of the lake.

Along the arcade and promenade, pavement cafés and non-consumption areas invite you to linger. The open space concept is complemented by a varied design at promenade level and directly on the waterfront – an interplay of enjoyment, encounters and relaxation.
