Versatile and harmonious building ensemble

PIER05 sets new standards in Seestadt Aspern with its differentiated façade design. With their architecture, Zechner & Zechner ZT GmbH and StudioVlayStreeruwitz have created a versatile yet harmonious ensemble of buildings that impresses both aesthetically and functionally. The different architectural language of the two offices as well as the differentiated choice of materials and color design give each of the four components an individual and timeless character. Spacious balconies offer the residents private open spaces and contribute to the modern, urban living experience.
