PIER05 in the Seestadt Aspern

We are delighted to present our PIER05 project in Seestadt Aspern! This unique ensemble of four buildings combines modern living and flexible commercial space in an environment that redefines urban quality of life. With a well thought-out mix of 75% residential and 25% commercial space, the buildings not only create space for living and working, but also an extraordinary flair: arcades used for gastronomy on the first floor, a high-quality open space design and the proximity to the lake make PIER05 a lively meeting place. Sustainability is a top priority: PIER05 boasts an innovative energy and mobility concept that meets the highest standards. Thanks to the subway station within walking distance, the project is perfectly connected and underlines the importance of future-oriented neighborhood development.
