STC has built the Max & Moritz residential project in the 23rd district of Vienna in the immediate vicinity of the Atzgersdorf target area. The project comprises 119 compact apartments in two building wings as well as 44 parking spaces. The sizes of the residential units vary between 30.5 m² and 64.5 m², with approx. 80% of the residential units have an area of less than 40 m². The main target group is young people, students and commuters.

The project was developed, managed and realized by STC and handed over to an investor as a turnkey project.
