Radetzkystraße, Hohenems (A)
On behalf of I3S Immobilien Investment GmbH, STC has taken over the tendering and local construction supervision for the houses at Radetzkystrasse 14/16.
The development structure of Marktstraße Hohenems was continued with this new building in Radetzkystraße and, together with the emerging RathausQuartier, forms a newly designed, traffic-calmed meeting space.
The copper-covered roofs and dormers, arched windows on the first floor, the use of sandstone in the plinth and window sill areas and the monolithic construction method characterize the project planned by bernardo bader architekten.
On the floor and 1st floor are catering and commercial areas, while the 2nd floor and the top floor contain apartments.
