Conclusion of the Quality Advisory Board

The AM KEMPELENPARK urban development project reached an important milestone with the successful conclusion of the Vienna Quality Advisory Board at wohnfonds_wien at the end of January 2025. As one of the first projects to undergo this new process, the neighborhood development sets new standards in terms of urban planning, architecture, ecology and social aspects.

A particular focus of the development presented by STC Development GmbH is on innovative energy concepts, measures to implement the circular economy and intelligently networked open spaces – key measures that contribute to creating a sustainable and liveable living environment for future residents.

The successful conclusion of the advisory board process underlines our commitment to the highest quality standards in real estate development and marks a significant step in the development of the district. The focus is now shifting to implementation – a further contribution to Vienna’s future-oriented urban development.
