From vision to built reality

More than two years after the successful handover of Radetzkystrasse 14-16, we are delighted with the positive development in the quarter: the French bakery copain and the day bar Dia have long since become popular meeting places in Hohenems and enrich the quarter with high-quality cuisine and an inviting ambience.

The project was developed by Markus Schadenbauer and realized by I3S Immobilien Investment GmbH as the client. STC Development GmbH was entrusted with the local construction supervision and accompanied the project from the initial idea to the first tenants moving in with technical precision and a clear eye for detail.

In addition to modern apartments, attractive commercial space has been created, including a physiotherapy practice that complements the health services in the district. Together with the neighboring RathausQuartier, the project forms a new, lively meeting zone in the heart of Hohenems.

A big thank you to everyone involved in the project for their dedicated collaboration and to the new users who are filling the building with life.
