Milestone reached in construction progress on Marktstrasse

Another building block in the Hohenems market street is being implemented!

Together with project developer Markus Schadenbauer, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the Marktstrasse 52 project – a big thank you to everyone involved for their fantastic efforts!

Despite the cramped conditions, the tradespeople manage to progress the project, which was planned by architect Lukas Mähr, step by step – with a great deal of precision, commitment and cooperation.

Our colleague Anna Maria Lenz-Rümmele is in charge of local construction supervision for STC and ensures that quality and construction progress go hand in hand.

The first units will be ready for occupancy by the end of 2025 and the entire project is scheduled for completion by early 2026.
