Looking back on a successful 2024
Our milestones in the past year
We are already in the starting blocks and are looking forward to designing and implementing visionary solutions for living and working in the new year with our forward-looking projects such as our PIER05, a sustainable flagship project in Seestadt Aspern, and our modern urban development project AM KEMPELENPARK right next to the new Tangentenpark in 1100 Vienna! We are also looking forward to the exciting projects that we will be able to support as a service provider in the coming months, such as the Vorarlberger Hof in Dornbirn, which combines historical charm with modern use, and are looking forward to the next round full of enthusiasm. As much as we are looking forward to the coming year, we also look back on the past year. Especially in challenging times, we are proud and grateful that 2024 has been another year full of significant successes in project development, such as
- PIER05 (Vienna): The design planning has been completed – an important step for the realization of this exciting project.
- AM KEMPELENPARK (Vienna): The demolition phase II was successfully completed and the preliminary design phase for the commercially used construction site A1 is progressing according to plan.
- WILDQUELL North (Vienna): The ongoing development of our new neighborhood is paving the way for sustainable urban living spaces.
- Villa Rosenthal in the RathausQuartier (Vorarlberg): The revitalization project has been completed and is already occupied – a milestone for sustainable development in line with the preservation order.
- Wagnerstrasse 2 and Radetzkystrasse in Hohenems (Vorarlberg):: Both projects were successfully completed and handed over.
- High Five (Linz): Construction is progressing rapidly and we have successfully started letting the apartments, so we are now looking forward to the final spurt until completion and handover in June 2025!
.. und viele weitere mehr und ganz nebenbei haben wir auch unser Logo modernisiert und eine neue Homepage gelauncht! Ein herzliches DANKE an unser großartiges Team und unsere engagierten Partner:innen – ohne euren Einsatz und eure Zusammenarbeit wären diese Erfolge nicht möglich gewesen!
