How does future-oriented project development work in practice? Felix Bergsmann – Rechberger experienced this first-hand as part of his VÖPE Next Wanted internship at STC – and also helped to shape it himself.

The job rotation format initiated by VÖPE Next and VÖPE – Die Lebensraumentwickler brings young talents together with leading players in the real estate industry for short, intensive internship phases. It was an enriching experience for us – and for Felix too: “I knew how complex project development is – but I was really impressed by how STC masters this complexity on a daily basis. It was particularly exciting for me to see how smoothly practice, economic thinking and teamwork work together.”

At meetings, project discussions and construction site visits – for example at Peak Vienna, ODO25 and AM KEMPELENPARK – Felix gained a deep insight into the daily work at STC. He was not just an observer, but was actively involved.
