Matthias Waibel on the podium
On May 6, Matthias Waibel, Managing Director of STC Development GmbH, took part as a speaker on the podium of the 6th Ghezzo Real Estate Day – and contributed his expertise to the discussion on the topic of “ESG in new construction, refurbishment and operation”.
The focus was on practical examples, challenges and potential for ESG-compliant project development. Matthias Waibel found clear words for the responsibility of the industry:
“Sustainability is not an option, but an obligation. Anyone building or renovating today must not only meet ESG criteria, but also see them as an opportunity for innovation and value retention.”
