The topping-out ceremony was celebrated in Vienna on 22.01.2026

An important milestone for our ODO25 project: At the topping-out ceremony on 22.01.2026, numerous guests, including Florian Saurwein (Deputy District Head of the 16th District), District Councillor Thomas Brandstätter, Karina Schunker and David Breitwieser from our marketing partners EHL Immobilien Group and OPTIN Immobilien GmbH, as well as architect René Kops, Markus Gornik, Robert Gipfl and foreman Andreas Buchegger from STRABAG toasted the successful construction progress.

The seven-storey residential project in Odoakergasse comprises 61 apartments and a commercial space. It impresses with its sustainable construction, compact floor plans and high quality of living. Special attention is paid to energy-efficient building technology and the responsible use of resources – for future-oriented living in the heart of Ottakring.
