A special moment for our project in the heart of Dornbirn – and a great opportunity to pause and say thank you.

Our special thanks go to the developers, E4 Investment GmbH and the Arbeiterheim association. With vision, trust and a clear will to shape the future, they have created the basis for a pioneering urban development project. We wish them all the best for the future – and look forward to the joint realization of this special building project.

We would also like to thank all those involved in the project who, with their expertise, reliability and great commitment, contribute on a daily basis to turning planning into built reality.

The construction site has long since become a visible sign of craftsmanship and collaboration – lively, open and full of energy. Many market visitors and passers-by regularly stop to watch the construction progress and experience first-hand how something new is being created in the middle of Dornbirn.

The project – designed by DIETRICH UNTERTRIFALLER Architekten – comprises around 6,300 m² of gross floor space for residential, office, restaurant and retail use. It is complemented by a new underground car park as well as a playground and high-quality recreational areas in the corridor area on the first floor between Intersport and the new building – real added value for Dornbirn’s city center and its users.

Our sincere thanks go to all those involved – on the construction site, in the planning and in the background. We look forward to the next steps and wish us all continued success and much joy in the joint implementation.
