From the first sketch to the finished building

What once began as an idea became reality through structured planning and targeted implementation. As STC Development GmbH, it is our job to structure visions, master challenges and successfully realize construction projects – whether for our own developments or on behalf of our partners. As in the example of the revitalization of the listed Villa Rosenthal in Hohenems, which we were able to bring back to life with the support of Markus Schadenbauer.

STC Development GmbH supported the project with project management and local construction supervision – from the initial drafts to the final implementation. The direct comparison between the visualization and the finished building shows: With structured planning, close collaboration and a clear eye for quality, vision becomes built reality.
