Thinking ahead together – responsible project development for the future

In 2026, STC Development GmbH will continue to focus on responsible and future-oriented project development and our services as a reliable service provider.

In Vienna, we are looking forward to the topping-out ceremony for the sustainable ODO25 residential complex, are pressing ahead with the development of QUARTIER VIER at the Wildquell biotope and are preparing the next key steps for the construction of TragWerk at Kempelenpark and PIER05 in Seestadt.

In Vorarlberg, in addition to further progress on the construction of the Vorarlberger Hof in Dornbirn and preparations for the handover of the project at Markstrasse 52 in Hohenems, two new projects await us in the new year, which we can support for our clients – more information on our new projects will follow, stay tuned.

Together with our partners, customers and our strong team, we will continue to develop and support projects with a clear approach in the new year: ecologically well thought-out, socially relevant and economically viable in order to create sustainable living spaces.
