Topping-out ceremony of the High Five 🎉
The topping-out ceremony for our High Five project at Bulgariplatz in Linz took place on 19.09.2024! 🌟 Thanks to outstanding planning and the tireless efforts of everyone involved, the top ceiling was completed in mid-July 2024, ahead of schedule.

The High Five, designed by Stögmüller Architekten ZT GmbH and Architekten Kneidinger ZT GmbH, will enrich Bulgariplatz with 328 modern apartments, commercial space, beautiful green roof terraces and versatile spaces. Sustainable building concepts such as richly planted roof gardens make it a role model for environmentally friendly construction.

A big thank you to RoomBuus Baudienstleistungs GmbH and ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien Group, as well as to everyone who contributed to this significant milestone and came to our topping-out ceremony. We are delighted that we were also able to welcome Dietmar Prammer, City Councillor of Linz, who gave a speech at the celebrations.

Together, we are shaping the future of urban living in Linz and look forward to the positive impact that “High Five” will have on the city and its residents.
