Project update, Vorarlberger Hof demolition and earthworks as well as securing the excavation pit have been completed

We are pleased to report on the successful completion of the demolition work, earthworks and excavation support.
Construction of the underground parking garage is now continuing in Eisengasse.

We are particularly proud of the energy probes that have already been drilled and connected, which represent an important step towards a sustainable energy supply.

Under the management of Manuel Dragaschnig from Wälder Bau, the master builder’s work in building section B is already in full swing.
As STC Development GmbH, we are responsible for project management, local construction supervision and business management.
Our focus is on working together as partners – teamwork and good cooperation are the key to success.
