Facade renovation fully completed

There have been quite a few developments at Peak Vienna in recent months: After the facade of the approximately 110-meter-tall tower was renovated in 2025, work on the low-rise building has now also been completed.

The old clay-brick facade has been replaced by a new thermally insulated facade. The result is a modern appearance and improved thermal performance, which will reduce energy consumption during operation in the future.

For nearly nine years, we have been working with the Peak Vienna and, on behalf of the owner, carrying out its ongoing modernization—from the redesign of the lobby and the forecourt to the renovation of the facades.

Through the ongoing development of Peak Vienna, we are ensuring the long-term quality of the property and laying the groundwork for sustainable building operations.
